1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Access to and use of this website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the website. Invalid Traffic (IVT): impressions, clicks, or events generated artificially, by bots, automated scripts, or incentivized or deceptive clicks.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICES
We do not interfere with any credit analysis or approval process of partner financial institutions. The final decision to grant credit, a loan, or any offer is always made by the responsible institution according to its own criteria and risk policies.
Under no circumstances do we request or send payment collection requests to release any financial product— credit card, loan, or financing. If this occurs in our name, exercise caution and contact us immediately through the channels in Section 24.
We do not send emails requesting confirmation of information with executable attachments (e.g., .exe, .zip, or .rar files) or unsolicited download links. Messages of this nature do not originate from us.
4. NATURE OF THE OPERATION AND ROLES OF THE PARTIES 4.1 Our Role
We are responsible for the editorial operation of this website, the Content published on it, the domain, our own forms, the products and services described, and responding to requests related to such Content.
4.2 Role of TiMo Mídia
TiMo Mídia acts as an advertising technology (AdTech) provider, supplying the infrastructure for the intermediation and monetization of Advertisements, including integration with Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Exchange (AdX), management of advertising consent signals, and prevention of fraud and invalid traffic.
4.3 Allocation of Responsibilities
TiMo Mídia is not automatically responsible for the editorial content, hosting, domain, legal notices, our own forms, products, services, or commercial promises of this website. We are not automatically responsible for the advertising technology layer, programmatic integrations, advertising consent signals, or fraud and invalid traffic prevention when these are under TiMo Mídia’s technical control. Where necessary, specific agreements may be entered into between us and TiMo Mídia to establish roles and responsibilities.
5. ELIGIBILITY
Use of this website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Our digital environments are not directed to children; use by minors must comply with applicable local law and occur with the assistance and supervision of parents or legal guardians.
6. PERMITTED USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access, view, and read the website’s informational Content solely for personal and non-commercial use. You may share links to published Content without modification and with attribution to the source. Any other use requires our prior written authorization.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
When using the website, you agree not to engage in, facilitate, or encourage:
• Generating or attempting to generate invalid, fraudulent, or artificial traffic, including incentivized, deceptive, or automated clicks, and creating click farms;
• Manipulating, concealing, or interfering with the display of Advertisements, including ad stacking, pixel stuffing, or domain spoofing;
• Conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or attempting to overload, disrupt, or degrade our servers or infrastructure;
• Attempting to obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, including through credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or exploitation of vulnerabilities;
• Distributing malware, performing code injection, XSS, SQL injection, or reverse engineering; • Using the website to monitor or harass third parties, or to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activities; • Using data or contact information obtained from the website to send unsolicited communications (spam);
• Registering false or third-party email addresses without authorization in newsletter or contact forms, or automating mass registrations for the purpose of polluting databases or triggering spam traps;
• Redistributing or modifying our Content in a manner that misleads third parties, simulates unauthorized recommendations, or falsely attributes our endorsement of third-party products or services.
Violations of these rules may result in suspension of access, technical blocking, reporting to competent authorities, and adoption of applicable legal measures, individually or jointly, by us and/or TiMo Mídia— including, in Brazil, civil and criminal liability under the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, Law No. 12,737/2012, and applicable provisions of the Brazilian Penal Code.
8. INVALID TRAFFIC AND ADVERTISING FRAUD
TiMo Mídia uses technical measures to identify, audit, and block auction fraud and invalid traffic schemes (IVT/GIVT/SIVT), which are essential for network compliance with Google policies and those of other advertising partners. Where there are reasonable indications of abusive or fraudulent technical activity associated with a device, IP address, or location, TiMo Mídia and/or we may block or limit the corresponding access without prior notice when required to protect the network’s advertising account, and may provide evidence to authorities and partner platforms.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All editorial, textual, and visual Content published on this website—including text, comparison tables, images, graphics, and proprietary databases—is exclusively owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, and applicable international treaties.
Without our prior written authorization, it is strictly prohibited to: reproduce, publish, or redistribute Content, in whole or in part; use scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract Content or data (scraping); create databases derived from the Content; use it to train artificial intelligence models, LLMs, or machine-learning algorithms; or include it in other pages through iFrames or equivalent techniques, without prejudice to the permitted sharing of links under Section 6. Automated extraction and use of Content for AI training without authorization constitute infringement of copyright and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework and may subject the infringer to civil liability—including compensation for material and moral damages—and, as applicable, criminal liability, without prejudice to judicial proceedings and extrajudicial notices.
The technology, scripts, measurement tools, and advertising infrastructure used for the intermediation of Advertisements belong to TiMo Mídia, its partners, or licensors, as applicable, and their use, copying, or reverse engineering without authorization is prohibited.
The trademarks, logos, and visual identity of this website belong to us; TiMo Mídia’s trademarks and visual identity belong to TiMo Mídia.
10. ADVERTISING AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisements displayed on the website are intermediated by TiMo Mídia through platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Google Ad Exchange (AdX), and Google AdSense and may involve third-party programmatic advertising. Neither we nor TiMo Mídia are responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or offers of advertisers—you assume the risk of any interaction with third-party advertising content. Deceptive, malicious, or abusive advertisements should be reported through the channels in Section 13.
11. LINKS, REDIRECTIONS, AND EXTERNAL PLATFORMS
The website may contain links and redirects to third-party platforms, products, or services where you may contract for services or purchase products without our involvement. Clicking an advertisement or link and visiting a partner’s page does not create a relationship with us—our Terms and Privacy Policy cover only your interactions with this website. Before providing information or completing any transaction on a third-party website, read and expressly accept that company’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the terms, practices, products, or services of companies advertised or mentioned in our Content, or for viruses, malware, or malicious software originating from external websites.
12. INFORMATIONAL CONTENT AND EDITORIAL DISCLAIMER
The Content on this website is strictly informational and educational. It does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or other advice, nor an offer, recommendation, or guarantee of approval for credit or any product or service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of published information, nor that it applies equally to each User’s individual circumstances. You are responsible for verifying information directly with the relevant institution or official source and assume full responsibility for decisions made based on the website’s Content.
13. REPORTING ABUSE AND VIOLATIONS
We maintain a dedicated channel for reporting abuse, legal violations, and inappropriate Content, identified in Section 24.
Use it to report: privacy violations or improper use of personal data; abusive, illegal, or rights-infringing Content; cyberattacks or attempts to exploit the website; deceptive or fraudulent Advertisements; or any other violation of these Terms. We undertake to respond to every report within 48 hours and to take appropriate measures, including Content removal, access blocking, and notification of competent authorities when necessary.
14. ACCESS SUSPENSION AND BLOCKING
We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice when technical or legal urgency so requires, to suspend, restrict, or block access by any User, IP address, or device that violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized access or attacks on the infrastructure, performs scraping or automated data extraction, generates invalid traffic, or engages in abusive conduct that harms other Users or the operation of the website. Blocking may be accompanied by an extrajudicial notice and, when applicable, a police report and other legal measures.
15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We provide access to the website according to its technical availability and on an “as is” basis. Operation may be affected by maintenance, updates, security fixes, or failures involving infrastructure, connectivity, or third party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee continuous, stable, or error-free availability, and the website, its Content, and functionalities may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: we are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the Content we publish; TiMo Mídia is responsible for the technical operation of the advertising intermediation layer under its control. Neither party is responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, Advertisements or third-party products, decisions made based on the Content, or technical failures, interruptions, or incompatibilities with particular devices—except where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law, especially in consumer relationships.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and TiMo Mídia, within their respective areas of responsibility under Section 4.3, from claims, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from: unlawful use of the website or violation of these Terms; advertising fraud (IVT), scraping, or technical attacks; unauthorized use of protected Content or code, including for AI training; or infringement of third-party copyright or privacy rights through your conduct.
18. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
The collection and processing of personal data, use of cookies, and consent and opt-out rules are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
19. DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY
We make reasonable efforts to align the development of our interfaces with digital inclusion and web accessibility principles (WCAG 2.2 AA), where technically feasible. Technical barriers may be reported through the channels in Section 24.
20. LANGUAGES AND INTERPRETATION
These Terms may be made available in other languages. In the event of a technical interpretation conflict, the official Brazilian Portuguese version prevails, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise in the User’s jurisdiction of residence.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is identified by the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the document. Material changes will be communicated through a visible notice on the website. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Judicial District of Belo Horizonte/MG are selected as the venue, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged, pursuant to Article 63 of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure, subject to the jurisdiction and mandatory consumer, privacy, and digital-rights protections that cannot be waived by contract in the applicable jurisdiction.
23. GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Tolerance of any breach of a provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us and the User regarding use of the website.
LOCAL ADDENDUM TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Where applicable, these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with U.S. federal and state laws concerning privacy, consumers, commercial communications, advertising, and security.
No provision of these Terms waives mandatory privacy, consumer, opt-out, non-discrimination based on the exercise of rights, commercial-email unsubscribe, security, or legal-remedy rights provided under applicable law.
This Addendum does not establish a waiver of class actions, mandatory arbitration, or any additional procedural limitation beyond what is expressly provided in a valid and applicable contractual instrument.
